To Educate Crane Operators, and Inspectors
on Safe Crane Operating, to build a stronger, and better qualified work force,
to reduce potential risk and danger in the work place, to enhance knowledge, he
is committed. His professional experience bridges the gap between operator, and
classroom training, having had the experience and training in both worlds. The
process developed over the years for all types of cranes. Through the program,
crane operators actually experience the core areas relating to the operations of
cranes. Through your participating in this program, you learn the system, and
have the opportunity to prepare for the CCO written, as well as the practical
exam. You will experience the personal empowerment of knowledge. The knowledge
gained may help inspire some of you to enter the training field of service, to
influence the future youth crane operators. This program provides participating
crane operators with an opportunity for small or large groups working within an
educational structure, that encourages the learning of more effective skills,
the process of rational choices, and greater understanding of the challenges you
will face. Barth Crane also provides a forum where participants can express
their opinions openly, and share views.
Mr. Barth strongly encourages supervision, or specifically
designated parties to perform the leadership functions to attend these classes
which contains practical information intended to improving safety of crane
operations on all construction sites, clearly defining crane management
responsibility. After all the operators are under the monitoring of the
supervision, thus supervision can provide the methodology to enhance crane
safety, thereby reducing or eliminating crane accidents.
Our company designs collectively the range of equipment
specific your company needs training for. With the manufacturer’s manual for
your equipment collectively, the classes are adjusted to a-sure your training
meets the ANSI 30.5 standards, which makes Barth Crane unique in their training.
Each training class differs according to the types of cranes you use, and the
level of knowledge you enter the class with. Some companies give training on a
general basis. If you were trained and tested on an American Crane, and
subsequently asked to run a Manitowoc, you would be out of compliance with the
regulations. Evolution of construction methods, advance in crane design,
utilization of modern materials, and incorporation of safety and automation
devices require crane operator training be continuous with a constant upgrade of
skills.
We are not a generic company. No, we do
not give generic tests. If you are going to spend the money for crane training,
then upon completion of the course you are paying for, we make sure you meet the
ANSI 30.5 standard. Some companies give training on a general basis, we get to
the bottom of what your companies needs are. If you were trained and tested on
an American Crane, and then asked to run a Manitowoc Crane, what good is the
training? We train your operators on your job site, on your cranes, with your
crane manuals for your cranes.
